The ranks are sorted in levels, just like on FvF.

Level 0: 0-8 posts

Level 1: 8-16 posts

Level 2: 16-32 posts

Etc

No need to go crazy with the ranking system

You could add some ranks on this forum. The most posts you make,a better rank you have. I did this on mine,here are pictures for example:
