or look through the custom config you were given for anything skin or model related.

Otherwise, rename your qrack folder, and see what happens.

Yup. And the player.mdl from qrack doesn't even look special. Can't tell what's different about it.

Well, there is a player.mdl in my pak2.pak in the quake/qrack/ directory and there's a cubeplayer.mdl (to show the bounding box?) and a hunterplayer.mdl in my pak1.pak Can't tell what the hunterplayer.mdl is. Not really sure that's a modified model. The helmet looks a little more detailed, maybe. And the skin, as far as the clothes, looks nicer, but that's it.
